Rumors are starting to spread about Galaxy S III. Some say that Samsung is getting ready to announce this new device on February. Currently, Galaxy S II is one of the most popular Android devices in the world. It’s the biggest threat to iPhone. From all the rumors, here’s the important facts…

Some say that…

Galaxy S III is going to have a Super AMOLED Plus HD display with a resolution of 1280×720. (A really big display)
It will have a Quad Core processor. (S II have a dual core processor and this new phone might be the fastest smart phone)
Will have 2 GB of RAM (Double the normal Amount)
Will have a 12 Megapixel super camera
And, it will definitely have Android 4.0

Don’t worry, all of these information are rumors. So, be careful when believing them. (I don’t think even the top image is real. It shows a 8MP camera but rumors say it should have a 12MP one).
