Though Apple has a huge drop on their sales in November last year, today Apple has managed to acquire 52% of the total mobile market in the world. This survey has being carried out by NetApplications.

It further added that iOS’d safari was the biggest influence for this. Google’s Android browser has a share of 16%.

Drilling further down, iPhone had 25%, iPad had 24% and the iPod touch with 2%.

But java ME (micro edition) has also won to keep its market share acquiring, an impressive 21% share in December although the highest demand was for smart phones during the last year.

Nokia Symbian had 6% and Black Berry had 3.5%.

This is a good time for Nokia to look into a different aspect other than its symbian.
