Google is now holding discussions with major TV manufacturers to include Android in their products. Google is making a good progress with Apple, Toshiba and Sony- says Divisional Manager for Marketing.
He further added that Google might sometimes pay its vendors to add Android.
When Google launched its first tv, “Google TV”, Intel was the key partner of the project. But now it seems that Google is not in good terms with the Intel although the Google TV was a failure from a marketing point of view.
If Google succeed in this, we’ll soon be able to see an Android dependent technology in the future.
