Windows 8

According to rumors, Microsoft might release the final stable release of Windows 8 this October. They released the first beta (consumer preview) on February and have already attracted a lot of attention because of the huge UI changes which they are going to introduce in this release.

Actually, October is one of the two months in which Ubuntu will release new stable versions. Windows 8 and Ubuntu 12.10 will be release on the same month? That will be a very special month! What do you think?

    I really don’t know how I feel about the new Windows 8, to be honest. The fact that there’s no more desktop and just icons is a little weird for me. I don’t know, I love Windows 7 and will probably stay with it.
