Microsoft is busy in releasing the consumer previews of Windows 8, and now comes Dell into the game play. Dell is now coming up with a couple of new devices that are loaded Windows 8 with some serious enhancements. One will be a Tablet Device and the other one is a Laptop.
At Annual Security and Risk Management conference, Dell reported that “You’ll see us at Windows 8 launch, with a full complement of devices–tablets, hybrids, convertibles–you know every imaginable and maybe some unimaginable forms.”
Considering these statements, you might have to postpone your plans to buy laptop. And not to forget, Dell, stated that we can also expect these devices with Windows 8 to be available at reasonably attractive prices. Dell assured that the Tablet with Windows 8 will be loaded with ARM based processor and which will be designed to compete with iOS and Android based tablets in the market. They ended the conference, by stating that “you are not going to see us in phones, in terms of hardware” clears that Dell isn’t interested to enter into SmartPhone market currently.
