Yes, according to the rumors, these are the wallpapers which might come with Windows 8 by default. Misaki Takahashi have posted 19 of these wallpapers online. So, you can now download them and use them on any system.
Just to make things clear… Earlier I said Microsoft have finished their work. But recently, they were forced to ditch the name “Metro” which they used to call their new mobile friendly interface. So, I think they are now busy renaming it! It’s not easy to go through all that code and rename it!
